The Physics of You

Join me for an exploration of overarching principles at play in every level of your life.  Our bodies provide the basic blueprint for our relationship with the world. We will center our focus on creating better alignment with the physical forces that contextualize our experience: gravity, opposition, interrelationship, and dynamic exchange.  This workshop will be anchored by a comprehensive practice combining yoga, pilates and qigong. Our understanding will be buoyed by discussion and experiential props. Using movement as meditation, we will begin to embody the qualities that we wish to cultivate in our lives and release patterns that limit our potential.
