This Spring we launched an initiative to bring wellness support to the faculty and staff at my son's school. We offered a series of free classes to help create a space of self-care for the people who have been showing up everyday to keep our kids learning and growing through the pandemic.  We also created a unique meditation tool for them that can be used anytime and anywhere to restore balance and peace in all of our lives.
